Salary: ?30,000??38,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.
Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using patient, customer-focused communication, through non-voice support queues, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with order and service updates and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.
Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.
Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
