Role: Provide customer service for an international business process.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using clear ownership of assigned customer cases, through customer calls, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with order and service updates and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
