Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes
• Source candidates through job portals and social media
• Conduct bulk hiring drives for BPO positions
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
• Handle high-volume recruitment.
