Role: Represent the support team while assisting international customers.

Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through written support tickets, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with order and service updates and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
