Salary: ?24,000??32,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Provide customer service for an international business process.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using clear ownership of assigned customer cases, through chat and email queues, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with order and service updates and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
