Salary: ?20,000??26,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.
Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using active listening and careful reading, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with order and service updates and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.
Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.
Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
