Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using accurate information and calm handling, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with order and service updates and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.
Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.
Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
