Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using approved process guidelines, through customer calls, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with order and service updates and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.
