Position Title: Telesales Executive – Financial Services

Location:  Janakpu ri, New Delhi

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month + Incentives


Job Overview

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential customers, making outbound calls, presenting products or services, and closing sales deals. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and convert them into sales.

Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to effectively present and sell them to potential customers.

Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Sales Process: Follow the sales process from lead generation to closing sales, including follow-ups and handling customer inquiries.

CRM Management: Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system.

Requirements

Experience: Fresher or Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.

Education: 12th Pass and Above

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.

Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen and the ability to close deals effectively.

Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in achieving sales goals.

Day shift: 10 am – 6.30 pm (Monday – Saturday)
