Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through international customer care channels, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with order and service updates and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.
Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.
