Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen to effectively engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present tailored software solutions. This role will play a pivotal part in driving growth and establishing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Lead Generation:
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in line with company targets.
  • Generate leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify and pursue potential clients and new business prospects.
  • Client Interaction:
  • Understand customer requirements and pain points to deliver customized software solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our products.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Provide detailed product information, technical specifications, and guidance to customers.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure solutions are aligned with customer needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the development and product teams to understand new features and improvements.
  • Sales Process Management:
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and quotes to clients.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while adhering to company policies.
  • Market Insight & Feedback:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Education:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the software or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and technical products is essential.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
