Job Description:

As a Field Sales Executive at Achyuta Software, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to represent the company in the field, identify new sales opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals. You will work closely with our sales team to meet targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within assigned geographical regions.
  • Conduct field sales visits to generate leads and develop customer relationships.
  • Demonstrate and promote Achyuta Software’s products and services to potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license (if required for travel).
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
