About Job

The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving both sales and marketing efforts to grow our customer base, promote our brand, and achieve business targets. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and generating leads that will directly contribute to the company’s growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and industry events.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations, product demos, and meetings to convert prospects into customers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, customer interactions, and provide regular reports on sales activities, goals, and metrics.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing and contract terms, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Campaign Development: Assist in creating, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across digital (social media, email, PPC) and offline channels (events, print).
  • Brand Strategy: Support the development and execution of brand awareness strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Event Planning: Help organize promotional events, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing activities to engage with potential customers and build brand awareness.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign effectiveness through data analysis, tracking KPIs, and optimizing strategies based on results.
