Job Description

As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to produce high-quality visual assets that align with the company’s brand identity, drive engagement, and communicate our message effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation & Execution:

  • Graphic Design: Create compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both digital and print materials (websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, banners, packaging, etc.).
  • Brand Development: Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity across various platforms, ensuring consistency in design, typography, colors, and overall aesthetic.
  • UX/UI Design: Collaborate with developers to design user-friendly interfaces and enhance the user experience for websites and mobile apps.
  • Creative Concepts: Develop and present creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, or other marketing initiatives.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand the goals of each project and translate them into visually impactful designs.
  • Client/Stakeholder Interaction: Participate in client or stakeholder meetings to understand design requirements, objectives, and deliverables, and incorporate feedback into the design process.

Creative Strategy:

  • Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with design trends, new tools, technologies, and industry best practices. Incorporate fresh ideas into your designs to keep the company’s visual content innovative and relevant.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with the company’s vision and branding guidelines, providing a cohesive and unified message.

Design Revisions & Feedback:

  • Iterative Design Process: Implement feedback and revisions based on client or internal team input. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in adjusting designs to meet various needs.
  • Version Control & File Management: Organize and maintain design files, ensuring they are easily accessible for future use or updates.
