Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on review customer requests and identify next actions, using accurate information and calm handling, through non-voice support queues, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with order and service updates and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
