Role: Provide customer service for an international business process.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on explain standard account steps, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through non-voice support queues, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with order and service updates and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
