Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using approved process guidelines, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with order and service updates and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
