Role: Manage email, chat, and other non-voice support tasks.

Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using approved process guidelines, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with order and service updates and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
