Tech Support executive ? New Alipore, Kolkata

Hiring for an international customer experience team in New Alipore, Kolkata. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Support international customers over inbound calls and resolve service-related questions.
• Maintain quality standards, response-time targets and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate notes, ticket categories and disposition codes after each interaction.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Applicants should be flexible to work in rotational shifts when required. Training and process guidance will be provided to selected candidates.
