Salary: ?20,000??26,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.
Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through chat and email queues, with attention to professional communication while assisting with order and service updates and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.
Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.
Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
