Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through email support, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
