Hiring for an international customer experience team in Paud Road, Pune. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Maintain accurate notes, ticket categories and disposition codes after each interaction.
• Assist with troubleshooting basic service issues and guide customers through next steps.
• Support international customers over inbound calls and resolve service-related questions.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Undergraduates and freshers can apply; prior BPO experience is not mandatory. Training and process guidance will be provided to selected candidates.
