Role: Manage email, chat, and other non-voice support tasks.

Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using concise explanations and helpful follow-up, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
