Role: Handle international customer calls with a professional and helpful approach.
Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using respectful communication and attention to detail, through email support, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.
Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.
Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
