Role: Handle international customer calls with a professional and helpful approach.
Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through chat and email queues, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.
Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.
