Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using accurate information and calm handling, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.
Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.
Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
