Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through international customer care channels, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with account and login requests and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.
Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.
Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
