Hiring for an international customer experience team in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Document recurring issues and share useful feedback with team leaders.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team and follow up until closure.
• Assist with troubleshooting basic service issues and guide customers through next steps.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome.
