Job Title: Inside Sales Axis Bank - Personal Loan Executive
Job Description:
- Key Objective:
To consistently deliver sales targets by engaging new customers and cross-selling existing customers to meet their personal loan requirements.
- Responsibilities:
1. Meet/Exceed Sales Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly personal loan sales targets through outbound calls to customers and potential customers.
2. Customer Engagement: Build strong and lasting relationships with customers, understand their financial requirements, and educate them about bank's products and services.
3. Cross-Selling/Up-Selling: Sell Axis Bank's personal loan products to both existing and new customers to meet their financial goals.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
5. Customer Retention: Focus on retaining existing customers through proactive calls, follow-ups, and resolving any concerns they may have.
6. Process Compliance: Adhere to Bank's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining customer confidentiality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any stream
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
Previous banking or sales experience is preferable.
Work Location: Axis Bank Office
Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
