Daily work focuses on record customer concerns accurately, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through live chat, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with product or service questions and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.
Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.
