Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through chat and email queues, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with product or service questions and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
