Hiring for an international customer experience team in Mankhurd, Mumbai. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Document recurring issues and share useful feedback with team leaders.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team and follow up until closure.
• Assist with troubleshooting basic service issues and guide customers through next steps.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Clear spoken English and basic computer knowledge are preferred. Undergraduates and freshers can apply; prior BPO experience is not mandatory.
