Salary: ?24,000??32,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Handle non-voice customer support work through written channels.

Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on review customer requests and identify next actions, using accurate information and calm handling, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with product or service questions and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
