Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using accurate information and calm handling, through customer calls, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with product or service questions and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.
