Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using patient, customer-focused communication, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with product or service questions and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.
Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.
Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
