Hiring for an international customer experience team in BKC, Mumbai. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Handle customer queries through live chat and provide clear, accurate responses.
• Respond to email and chat tickets while maintaining professional written communication.
• Maintain quality standards, response-time targets and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Clear spoken English and basic computer knowledge are preferred. Undergraduates and freshers can apply; prior BPO experience is not mandatory.
