Hiring for an international customer experience team in Chinar Park, Kolkata. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Assist with troubleshooting basic service issues and guide customers through next steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve pending customer requests.
