Salary: ?20,000??26,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using patient, customer-focused communication, through chat and email queues, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with product or service questions and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
