Tech Support executive ? Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune

Hiring for an international customer experience team in Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune. The role focuses on professional support for overseas customers through the assigned voice, chat or non-voice channel.

• Use approved scripts and knowledge-base articles to give consistent information.
• Record each interaction accurately in the customer relationship management system.
• Respond to email and chat tickets while maintaining professional written communication.

Eligibility: Undergraduates and freshers can apply. 12th pass and above may be considered. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Undergraduates and freshers can apply; prior BPO experience is not mandatory. Training and process guidance will be provided to selected candidates.
