Role: Handle non-voice customer support work through written channels.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on review customer requests and identify next actions, using accurate information and calm handling, through customer calls, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
