Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using accurate information and calm handling, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.
