Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through written support tickets, with attention to professional communication while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.
Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.
Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
