Salary: ?24,000??32,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.

Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using accurate information and calm handling, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to professional communication while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
