Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using accurate information and calm handling, through chat and email queues, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.
Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.
