Role: Manage email, chat, and other non-voice support tasks.

Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using accurate information and calm handling, through customer calls, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with order and service updates and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
