We are reviewing applications for this international service position. Candidate sourcing location: Siliguri, West Bengal. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?18,000??24,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Provide customer service for an international business process.

Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using clear ownership of assigned customer cases, through international customer care channels, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with order and service updates and updating case notes after each interaction.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
