Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using patient, customer-focused communication, through customer calls, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with general customer enquiries and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.
Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.
Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
