Daily work focuses on record customer concerns accurately, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through written support tickets, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with general customer enquiries and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.
Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.
