Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using patient, customer-focused communication, through live chat, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with general customer enquiries and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.
Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.
