Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on resolve account access questions, using accurate information and calm handling, through international customer care channels, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with general customer enquiries and updating case notes after each interaction.
Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.
Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.
